Delete your Bella account

Bella, the AI personal assistant by Tuning Forks Inc., is available on Telegram and in the Bella app for iOS and Android. You can delete your Bella account, and the information we keep about you, in any of these ways.

In the Bella app

1. Open the Bella app and sign in.
2. Tap “Bella” at the top of the chat to open your profile.
3. Scroll to the bottom and tap “Delete account”.
4. Tap “Delete” to confirm.

In a chat with Bella

Send Bella the message “delete my account”, on Telegram or in the app, and confirm when she asks.

By email

If you can no longer sign in, email privacy@tuningforks.co from the address on your account, or tell us the Telegram username you used, with the subject “Delete my Bella account”. We will confirm the request with you and delete the account within 30 days.

What is deleted

When your account is deleted, we delete:

• your messages, voice notes, photos and files, and Bella's replies;
• your reminders and check-ins;
• what Bella remembers about you, notes on your conversations and your profile;
• your connected accounts, such as Google or Notion, and the access tokens for them;
• your Bella Plus record.

What is kept

• A small anonymous record with no name or contact details (such as your country, when you joined and left, and how much you used Bella), kept for statistics.
• If you used a Bella wallet, its record of transactions, which is a financial record.

If you have a wallet with money in it, empty it first: Bella cannot delete an account that still holds funds. A Bella Plus subscription bought through Google Play or the App Store keeps renewing until you cancel it there.
